Cottage cheese, cucumber, herbs. Dinner to counteract a cookie monster day.
It bores me. It just bores me to no end. And I have a kickass playlist, I run along a beautiful river, I’ve got my nice workout clothes… but none of that makes it any more interesting. I spend the time thinking about how yes, this is good for me and yes, I want to be fitter, but really all I’m doing is ticking off the minutes because I’m so. damn. bored. I know there are other forms of cardio, but I don’t really have the money or the time for those.
Dinner: broccoli and spicy haddock.

didn’t go running this morning because I went to bed too late, and now I know I’ll have to drag myself out when I get home from work and do sprints… nooooo.
This is only the third day. damn my lazyness. At least the weather is nice.
